In order to support each other over the coming weeks,
I will be offering 2 FREE gatherings per week:
1. At 9:00 EST on Monday mornings - a virtual meditation and coaching session with guided meditation instruction and sitting followed by time for sharing our concerns and caring for each other.
2. At 5:00 EST on Friday afternoons - a virtual “Happy Hour” starting with sitting and followed by a free form conversation about our week and seeing how we can offer each other support.
